Homemade COTTAGE CHEESE

milk 3 kilo
3 tbsp viniger or lemon juice
malmal ka kapra

bring the milk to boil.when bubbles start coming around the edges,add in the viniger.the milk will split right away.drain it out with the help of the cloth.
hang it for couple of hr to drain out all the water.
when all water has gone put this on a square mould & flatter the top with the help of a smaller mould base,top it with some haveier object i.e a motar & pestal.put it in the frig overnight.
cut it out into small cubes the next morning.
ENJOY!!
u can freez it for upto 2 months.
