Hot Quail Recipe

In Pakistan people love to eat this. It can be in your wedding menu
Hot Quail
Recipe Ingredients

  • 6 quail
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • 3 tbsps Green chili paste
  • 2 tbsps Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 4 tbsps fresh coriander
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp chaat masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 4 tbsps Oil
  • 1 cup water
Recipe Method

  1. Heat oil in pan, fry ginger garlic paste till golden
  2. Add quails in it
  3. After frying for 5 mins add all remaining ingredients and cook on low heat
  4. When water dries, fry on high flame
  5. Serve hot
