hOt sauce pasta


Chicken – 1 cup (cut in julienne)
Fusilli Pasta – 2 cup (boil)
Capsicum green – 1(cut in julienne)
Carrot – 1 (cut in julienne)
Tomato – 1(cut in julienne)
Peas – ½ cup (boil)
Salt – to taste
Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
Oil – according to need
Soya sauce – 2 tbsp
Lemon juice – to taste

For Hot Sauce:
Chopped garlic – 2 tbsp
Chilli sauce – 3 tbsp
Crushed red chillies – 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup – ½ cup
Prepare hot sauce, take a pan, put chopped garlic, chilli sauce, red chilli and ketchup mix in ½ cup of water and cook for 2 minutes. Take another pan and put oil, heat it up and add chicken, fry for 3 minutes and add all the vegetables along with salt, black pepper, Soya sauce and lemon juice and fry well. After 2 minutes, add boiled pasta and fold. Pour cooked hot sauce and serve hot.
