  7. technically u should battonet not jullienne. julienne is 1/8 x 1/8 x 2, but a dice needs to 1/4 cubes. -.-

    Wrong. To make concasse you need to make a julienne.

    He boiled the tomatoes for a few minutes. LOL They need to boil for less than 20 seconds!

  11. it is impossible to get a dice from a julienne. like i said, a julienne is 1/8 x 1/8 x 2 inches. which would mean the cubes u could get from this would b 1/8 in cubes. 1/8 inch cubes are brunoise, not dice.
