How to Make Dahi Batata Puri

Dahi batata puri, this is an Indian snack. It is served with gol gappay, which are more popularly recognized from the dish pani puri.

Ingredients

Gol Gappay – 12 to 15
Boiled chickpeas, moong dal or peas – as required
Boiled potato – as required
Meethi chutney – ¼ cup
Mint chutney – ¼ cup
Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp
Chat masala – 1 tsp
Sev – as required
Yogurt – 2 cups
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Salt – ½ tsp

Take a bowl add sugar, salt and yogurt, mix well.
Method:
Take a serving dish, place gol gappay, add chickpeas, moong dal or peas, then boiled potato, then yogurt mixture, then mint chutney, then meethi chutney, then chat masala and on top sprinkle sev and serve.
