  13. I love this! I should tell my mother, she is guilty of making the hard boiled eggs with chalky green egg yolk with super rubbery egg whites. No wonder I always hated hard boiled eggs.

  27. Hmmm…. I followed the recipe to the T: exactly 6 eggs, covered with cold water, simmer, sit for 15 minutes, don’t peak, rinse with really cold water, rinse, fill back off with cold water for 20 minutes, etc. The eggs came out RAW! Okay, what did I do wrong?

  33. i like my method more; i let the egg boil (i mean actual boiling in high heat) for 3 mins, then put in in cold water. this way i’d have the white perfect, and yolk not dried and they are “glossy” looking. (yours is good too, but i just find the yolk still a little bit overcooked for my tastes)
