  • 1/2 kg rice (soaked 1/2 an hr)
  • 1/2 kg boiled chick peas (channey)
  • 1 big onion
  • Green chillies 6
  • 4 lehsan cloves
  • Garam masala mix (long, kali mirch, dar chini, bay leaves)
  • Zera 1tsp
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Zarda colour pinch
  • 1tsp ajinomoti

How to cook:

Fry onions in oil, add sabut masalas, blend green chillies/ lehsan and add in it,zeera,then add boiled channey and salt bhunoo,…….add ajinomotoo also then rice + few green chillies and cook….open the lid,…..mix rice well and Dum…..add zarda colour ontop for the colour….serve with salad, raita
