Kachay Gosht Ki Biryani(Chicken)





  • Rice 1 kg
  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Papaya 1 spoon
  • Coriander 1 bundle
  • Mint ½ bundle
  • Khoya 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Saffron milk ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 spoon
  • Almond 1 cup
  • Cumin seed 1 spoon
  • Cinnamon 1 spoon
  • Green paper 12 pieces
  • Lemon 2
  • Onion 4
  • Salt as required

How to cook:

Add the cardamom, 1 spoon cumin seed, 2 to 3 cinnamon, salt in water and boil the rice. Coriander, mint and green paper in water and blend it and put in chicken. Add almond, cumin seed, ginger garlic paste, cardamom, cinnamon and salt in it and cook it for 2 hours. In pan spread a layer of chicken first and then lemon juice brown onion and then rice. Now cook it again and add again lemon juice rice and khoya in it.
