Kachrey Kabab Recipe

Delicious finger licking kachrey kabab, enhances your iftar or dinner. Served with colorful vegies and over dosed with spice and flavors.
Kachrey Kabab
Recipe Ingredients

  • Beef ½ kg
  • Onion 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Kachri powder 2 tbsp
  • Whole red chili 6
  • Green chilies 6
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Fresh coriander 1 bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Nutmeg ½ tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Coconut 2 tbsp (desiccated)
  • Poppy seeds powder 2 tbsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Oil for frying
  • Salad leaves to garnish
  • Tomato 2 (to garnish)
  • Onion 2 (to garnish)
  • Green chili 5 (to garnish)
Recipe Method

  1. Chop beef with onions, kachri powder, whole red chilies and green chilies in a chopper.
  2. Add in ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander leaves, salt, nutmeg, all spice powder, desiccated coconut, poppy seeds powder and eggs.
  3. Mix well and make round Kebab.
  4. Fry in hot oil on low flame.
  5. Serve hot with garnishing salad leaves, tomatoes, onion, and green chilies.
