  • Meat (mutton or beef) 1 kg
  • Ginger 150 gram
  • Garlic 1 piece
  • Butter 4 ounce
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Tomato 3 pieces
  • Green paper 10 pieces
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Cardamom 5 pieces
  • Green coriander as per taste
  • Salt as per taste
  • Red Paper as per taste

How to cook:

Cut the meat in very small pieces. Grind the garlic and add 1&1/2 liter water in it. Now add 1 tea spoon salt in it and cook it. Cut the ginger when a few water left in meat then add butter oil ginger few garlic and green paper in it.

Now add half tea spoon salt, 1 tea spoon red paper, and black paper as required in it.

At the same time add the yogurt in it when yogurt gets dry then cut the tomato and put it with cardamom in it.

At the same time add garam masala in it and cook it until the ghee appears. When its ready the spread the green coriander on it and serve.
