Kebab-E-Dil Recipe

It is very popular in Pakistan.You can make it in just minimum time and you will have a delicious and aromatic meal in front of you
Recipe Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilo lamb mince
  • 5 green chilies
  • 1 cup spring onion
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1/2 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp red chili, crushed
  • to taste salt
  • 1/2 tbsp chaat masala
  • 1 cup oil (for frying)
  • 2 eggs
Recipe Method

  1. In a chopper add mince, spring onion, green chilies, coriander seeds, ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds, chaat masala, red chili and salt.Chop until well combined.
  2. Take it out in a bowl.
  3. Make small kebabs with the mixture.
  4. Beat eggs.
  5. Heat oil in a deep pan
  6. Coat kebab with beaten egg.
  7. Fry kebabs on low heat until golden in color.
  8. Remove from the oil and drain on kitchen paper.
  9. Serve with naan and raita
