Lehsuni Dal Tadka


1/2 cup Sabut Moong Dal
1/2 cup Masoor dal ( Rinsed )
1 cup green Garlic chopped
2 t/s Jeera
1 pao Tomato chopped
1 t/s Haldi Powder
2 t/s Chilli Powder
1/2 cup lemon juice
6 Green Chillies
Pinch Of Hing
Salt 1 t/s
2 tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves
For Tarka :
• 1/2 cup ghee
• 6 garlic cloves
• 6 whole red chillies (round)
Method :

 Firstly wash both the dals and soak them for 1 hour . Now boil them in a vessel with 2 glass water and salt Add hing , red chilli , turmuric , tomatoes , garlic , green chillies , jeera in dal and cook for 20 minutes . Add lemon juice . For tadka take ghee in a vessel add , garlic and chillies and wait until they crackle. spread on dal . Serve hot
