Lemon biscuit pie by Shireen Anwar


Ingredients
Marie biscuits grinded 2 cups
Caster sugar 2 tbsp
Butter 3 tbsp
Condensed milk 1 can
Cream whipped 1 cup
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Lemon jelly 1 packet
Method
Crush biscuits mixed with caster sugar and melted butter, spread in a greased Pyrex dish, pressing it down firmly, beat condensed milk, cream, lemon juice and jelly crystals, spread this mixture onto the biscuit base, chill until firm, decorate with whipped cream, lemon slices, serve immediately.
