Liver Fry

Chicken liver ½ kg
Oil ½ cup
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp
Ginger garlic crushed 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Green chilies chopped 1 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
• Cut ½ kg chicken liver into cubes, marinate with 1 tsp crushed black pepper and ½ tsp salt.
• Heat ½ cup oil in a pan, add 1 tbsp chopped garlic. Fry till golden brown.
• Now add marinated chicken liver and fry well on high flame till water dries.
• Then add 1 tsp crushed cumin seeds, 1 tbsp chopped green chilies and 1 tbsp lemon juice. Mix well and turn the flame off.
• Dish it out and serve.
