Macaroni Pakistani Style

Macaroni and veggie is one of those dishes that sound boring, but can be just as delicious as a “fancier” pasta. Try this Pakistani style Pasta recipe with Veggie and you will love it.

Ingredients

Macroni 2 cups, 
Tomatoes 2 large, 
Onion 1 medium, 
Potato 1 large, 
Hara Dhania a bunch, 
Cheese any kind 
Pisa Dhania 2 tsp, 
Red chilli powder 1 tsp, 
Haldi 1/2 tsp, 
Salt to taste, 
Garam masla 1 tsp, 
Ginger paste 1 tsp

PreparatiOn

Cut all of the tomatoes, onion & potato. 
Heat oil, add the onion & fry until they are translucent. 
Add the ginger paste, potatoes, salt & haldi. 
Cover to cook for a few minutes. 
Mix the tomatoes & cook for 5 minutes add some water if necessary. 
Add Hara dhania & red chilli powder. 
Cook until the potatoes are done. 
Mix in the macroni (already boiled) adjust the seasoning. 
Garnish with Hara dhania & cheese sprinkle.
