Makhni Daal:

  • mash ki daal1/2kg 25mins pani mai dip kar k rakhna hai
  • greenchilli 4~6
  • 1pao tomato
  • 1~1/2 adrat barik finger cut
  • gingergarlic paste 1teasp
  • butter 50gms
  • kuti hui red chilli 1teasp
  • sabit redchili 6~8
  • hara dhania 1/2bunch
  • pisa garam masala 1teasp
  • haldi 1/2teasp
  • salt 2 taste
  • oil 4tabsp

How to cook:

1st boil daal but ziyada galana nahe hai khari khari rakhni hai daal

now heat oil add tomato n cokk jab zara soft hojaien then addbutter red chilli[both]salt haldiginger garlic paste few green chilli mix n bhoonlein 10 mins then add daal haradhania greenchilli pisa garam masla ginger mix n let it dam

Till Walay Naan:

  • white atta 1/2 kg
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 1/2 cup till
  • soda 1/3teasp
  • salt as required

How to cook:

Sugar 2tabsp[optional hai rida nay nahe dali thi but she said agar dalo thensalt kam hi dalna]

In sab ko pani say ghoondh lo normal attay ki tarha r 2 hours chor do then pera bana k kuch dair chor do then bail k usmai folk say holes karo till sprinkel karo r pan greeze kar k 10misn bake karlo
