Malai Pera


Dry milk powder 2 cup
Cream 1 cup
Cardamom powder ½ tsp
Castor sugar ½ cup
Saffron essence ½ tsp
Pistachio chopped 50 gm
Vanilla essence ½ tsp
Egg white half
• Mix together 1 cup cream and 2 cup dry milk powder. Put in microwave oven for 2 minutes. Now remove and keep aside.
• In a bowl beat together half egg white and ½ tsp vanilla essence.
• Now in a bowl mix all together prepared khoya, ½ tsp cardamom powder, ½ tsp saffron essence, ½ cup castor sugar and beaten egg white.
• Mix well and knead to dough. Form into Pera’s.
• Garnish with 50 gm chopped pistachios and serve.
