Mango Smoothie Recipe

Enjoy a burst of aromatic mangoes in a calcium rich smoothie. Something you can easily treat yourself with any morning or evening.
Mango Smoothie
Recipe Ingredients

  •     Mango peeled and diced 1 cup
  •     Plain or vanilla nonfat yogurt 1 cup
  •     Crushed ice 1/2 cup
  •     Milk as desired (optional)
Recipe Method

  1. Place mango, yogurt and ice in a blender or a food processor.
  2. Blend or process until smooth.
  3. Pour in glasses.
  4. (If its too thick, add milk).
