Masala Matar

Spicy green peas curry goes well with roti or naan.

Masala Matar at


Peas Matar 1 pao 
Onion 1 brown about 1/4 cup 
Gariic 1 tsp 
Chilly Powder 1 tsp 
Salt 1 tspHaldi 1/2 tsp 
Tomatoes blended 2 
Oil 1/4 cup 
Coriander leaves 
Green chillies 34


Heat oil add the Onions with all above masala and fry. 
When masala done add a little water and Matar. 
When Matar half done add blended tomatoes coriander leaves, green chillies and put on dam. 
If needed add little water for gravy.
