Masala Papad

6 papads (khichia)
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
2 tsp dried mango powder (amchur)
salt to taste
2 tbsp Green Paste
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania) for garnishing
Method
Roast the papads on a medium flame and keep aside.
Combine the onions, tomatoes, dry mango powder and salt in a bowl and mix well.
Arrange a papad on a serving plate and spread 1 teaspoon of green paste evenly on it.
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of the mixture on the papad in an even layer.
Serve immediately garnished with coriander.
