Wheat flour ½ kg
Edible gum 125 gm
Jaggery 250 gm (glass)
Caster sugar ½ cup
Ghee ½ kg
Grated dry coconut ½ cup
Almonds sliced ½ cup
Pistachio sliced ½ cup
Milk ¼ cup
1. Heat 250 gm ghee, fry edible gum, remove and add jaggery to it.
2. In the leftover ghee add wheat flour and fry well for at least 15 minutes, till a nice aroma is given off
3. . Mix all the ingredients together and fill in an air tight jar.
4. Use as required.
