Meat Pakoras Recipe

This is very different from other pakoras. Because it have a double treat in it
Meat Pakoras
Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 kilo beef slices
  • 2 tbsps Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp hot spices powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tbsps Raw papaya paste
  • 5 tbsps pearl millet flour
  • 4 tbsps cornflour
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 4 tbsps fresh coriander (chopped)
  • 4 tbsps mint leaves
  • 3 tbsps Green chilies
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 cups Oil
Recipe Method

  1. Marinate meat with ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, hot spices, salt and raw papaya for at least 2 hours
  2. Add millet flour, cornflour, onions, tomatoes, fresh coriander, mint leaves, green chilies and egg
  3. Mix it well
  4. Heat oil in a wok, fry meat mixture in spoonfuls on low flame till golden
  5. Remove on butter paper
  6. Serve with chutney
