METHI KAY PARATHAY

Ingredients

  • 2 cups gram flour
  • 2 cups white flour
  • 3 cups fenugreek leaves
  • Salt as required
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • 2 tbsp red chili powder
  • 2 mashed bananas
  • ½ cup oil

COOKING DIRECTIONS

Knead the dough with al the ingredients except oil.

Now roll the dough into parathas and fry them in oil.

Serve with green chatni, achaar and salad.
