Mix Sabzi Recipe

Vegetables are no doubt highly nutritious and a great source of fiber with minerals and vitamins. Vegetables intake is really important to stay fit and healthy try out this colorful and tempting recipe of mixed vegetables which is so nice in taste. Serve them with boiled rice or with chapatti and enjoy.
Mix Sabzi
Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 tomato
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • Salt
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 3 green chilies chopped
  • 2 tbs. oil
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower -chopped
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1/2 kg carrot
Recipe Method

  1. Potato, Cauliflower, Carrot, Peas. All chopped.
  2. Heat the oil and add all the ingredients and spices.
  3. Cover and cook on very low heat till the water has dried and all the vegetables have become soft. It is better if they are a little bit crunchy. Do not add extra water. Let the vegetables cook in their own juice.
  4. Serve with roti or boiled rice
