Moli Paratha Recipe

Crisp, grated radish is mixed well with white millet flour, ginger and garlic to make deliciously soft rotis with pungent hints of radish.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 cup white millet flour
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 cup grated white radish
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tbsp chilli powder
  • to taste salt
Recipe Method

  1. Combine all ingredients and knead into a soft dough.
  2. Divide dough into 8 equal portions.
  3. Roll out each portion between two sheets of greased plastic like circle.
  4. Cook paratha on a hot griddle using oil on both sides till brown on the surface.
  5. Serve hot with raita.
