Moor Kali

Rice flour,
Curry leaves,
Vegetable oil,
Channa Dal/Bengal Gram,
Asafoetida powder ,
More milagai .
Take two glass of buttermilk, to it add three fourth quantity of rice flour, and little salt. Mix the batter and allow it set for three to four hours.
For seasoning:
Add oil in a pan put mustard seeds, chana dal , more milagai ,curry leaves & add asafoetida powder to it. Add the batter and little water to it. Kali should be little sticky and easily removable. Take a plate & spread oil in it & serve the kali hot.
