Mouth Watering Crepes

Delicious and simple recipe!

Ingredients

1 cup all purpose flour 
2 eggs 
2 Table spoon melted butter 
half glass of milk 
half glass water 
2 table spoon sugar 
1 or 2 table spoon vanilla essence 
little oil 

FILLING 

Jam 
Choco spread 
Icing Sugar

PreparatiOn

Put the flour and eggs in a large bowl and mix using whisking machine. 
Now add the milk, melted butter, vanilla essence and water until you find the
batter nice and creamy. 
Now heat up non stick pan, add little oil and add the mixture and sway the 
mixture around the pan until you get a round shape. 
Cook each side for approx 2 mins. 
Remove it from heat and fill your crepe with anything of your choice. 
I use jam and choco spread and top it off with sprinkling icing sugar.
