Murgh Kali Mirch (Chicken in Green Black Peppercorns)

Murgh Kali Mirch (Chicken in Green Black Peppercorns) Recipe

Recipe Ingredients
1 kg chicken-cut into pieces and boiled/steamed
1 cup green peppercorns-crushed*; mixed with vinegar
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp salt or to taste
1 cup butter
1 tsp oil
2 tbsp lemon juice or to taste
lemon wedges for garnish

*You can use the ones pickled in vinegar.

Recipe Procedure
Pierce the chicken pieces and keep aside.

Mix the peppercorns, ginger and salt and rub into the chicken and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Mix the butter and oil in a sauce- pan and heat. Add the marinated chicken to it and saut?or 3-4 minutes.

Mix in the lemon juice and serve accompanied with the lemon wedges.
