Mushroom salad with yogurt, cream, Tabasco sauce and tomato ketchup dressing.

Mushroom Cocktail Salad


Button mushrooms,quartered450 grams

•Hung yogurt1 cup

•Fresh cream1/4 cup

•Tabasco sauce2 teaspoons

•Tomato ketchup2 tablespoons

•Olive oil 1/2 teaspoon

•Lemon juice1 tablespoon

Honey1 teaspoon

•Chives,chopped2 tablespoons

•Parsley,chopped1 tablespoon

•Saltto taste

•Lettuce leaves,shredded5-6

•Paprika powder1/2 teaspoon

To make the dressing, blend together the yogurt, cream, Tabasco sauce, tomato ketchup, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, chives, parsley and salt.

Take four individual martini glasses, place some lettuce leaves at the base.

Combine the mushrooms and dressing in a bowl and mix well. Spoon this mixture into the glasses and top with a little paprika powder. Serve immediately.
