MUTTON LIVER IN GARLIC & BLACK PEPPER

INGREDIENTS

  • Mutton liver ½ kg
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped 4 – 5
  • Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Worchester sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Fresh red chilies 2 – 3
  • Chili powder ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste

COOKING DIRECTIONS

Cut ½ kg mutton liver into thick slices, marinate with a little lemon juice. Keep aside.

Heat oil in a wok, add in marinated liver and fry well till its color is changed.Now remove the lid and keep aside.

In the remaining oil add 4 – 5 cloves of chopped garlic, sauté till golden brown.

Now add 1 tbsp crushed black pepper, ½ tsp chili powder, 2 tbsp Worchester sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, ¼ bunch of coriander leaves and salt to taste. Mix well and cook for 1 – 2 minutes.

Lastly add in 2 – 3 sliced fresh red chilies and fried liver. Mix well and dish it out
