NAMAK PARAY

Ingredients

  • All purpose Flour/Self raising Flour/Maida :2 cups
  • Semolina/.sooji : 2 tbsp
  • Salt : quarter tea spoon
  • Butter/oil : 4 table spoon
  • Carom seeds (ajwain) : 1/4 teaspoon
  • Water as required to the dough
  • Oil to fry

COOKING DIRECTIONS

Mix flour ,salt, semolina, ajwain seeds and butter , add water as needed to make firm smooth dough.

set aside for at least half an hour. divide dough into 4 parts, roll them and cut into diamond

shape.Heat oil in pan, fry namak paras until both sides are equally golden brown.
