For Kofta:

  • Qeema:1/2kg
  • egg:6 hard boil
  • egg:1
  • onion:1[chop]
  • corn floor:2-3tas
  • ginger,garlic paste:1tes
  • channe bhone:2tas[powder]
  • coconut powder:1tas
  • salt:1/2tes
  • dry coriander:1/2tes
  • red chilli:1tes pwd
  • hash.hash:1tes
  • yogurt:1tas
  • oil:1-1/2 cup for fry

How to cook:

Add all ing except [6 boil egges n corn floor]in qeema n mix it well. now boil egg par cornfloor leggaen or qeema iss k oper wrap kar deen k boil egg achi tarh cover hojay.do this with all eggs n deep fry them on slow flame.[b4 fry little water kofton par legge k achi tarh press kareen]

For Gravy:

  • onion:2 chop
  • methi dana:1tes
  • tomato puri:1cup
  • ginger,garlic paste:1tes
  • yogurt:1tas
  • haldi:1/2tes
  • salt:1/2tes
  • dry coriander:1/2tes
  • red chilli:2tes
  • hash.hash:1tes
  • oil:half cup
  • green chilli,hara dhaniya n garam masala for garnishing.

How to cook:

Heat oil n add methi dana in it when it giv aruma add onion n fry untill pink then add tomato puri,ginger,garlic paste,yogurt n all spices mix well n keep aside for cook untill onion tender n mix.when it cooked add 2-3tas water in gravy,cook for 2 minz.

Cut kofta in length shape put them in boil n add gravy on them garnish with green chilli,hara dhaniya n garam masala.
