OAT BISCUITS

Ingredeints

  • Caster sugar 2 oz
  • Butter 4 oz
  • Oats 4 oz
  • Flour 2 oz

COOKING DIRECTIONS

Beat sugar and butter add oats and flour and mix well, knead till done and roll out on a lightly floured surface and cut in rounds using a plain cutter and place on baking trays and bake at 160 degrees C for 20 minutes or till golden. Let cool on a wire rack and serve.
