Paneer Anda


Ingredients
Cottage cheese 200 gm
Eggs (hard boiled) 4
Garlic chopped 4 cloves
Onion 1
Tomatoes (cubed) 2
Turmeric ½ tsp
All spice ½ tsp
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Salt to taste

Method
• Cut 200 gm cottage cheese into cubes, fry with ¼ cup oil till golden brown, now remove and keep aside.
• In the remaining oil add 4 cloves of chopped garlic and 1 chopped onion. Fry till golden brown.
• Now add salt to taste, 1 tsp chili powder, ½ tsp black pepper powder and ½ tsp turmeric. Fry well.
• Also add 2 tomatoes cut into cubes. Fry well till oil comes on top.
• Add 1 cup water and cook till water dries, now mash tomatoes with a wooden spoon.
• Add 1 cup more water and cook it comes to a boil. Lower the flame, add boiled eggs and fried cheese.
• Simmer for 8 – 10 minutes, lastly sprinkle with ½ tsp all spice powder and coriander leaves. Serve hot.
