Paneer Kofta Mirch Do Payaza Recipe

Recipe Ingredients
- Cottage Cheese 2 packets
- Salt to taste
- Bread slices3
- Soya sauce1 tbsp
- White vinegar1 tbsp
- Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper1 tsp
- Chopped green chilies4
- Chopped mint leaves½ bunch
- Chopped coriander½ bunch
- Egg whites 2
- For gravy:
- Chopped onion 4
- Red chilies 6-8
- Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
- Garlic cloves6
- Lemons3
- Turmeric1 tsp
- Coriander seeds1 tsp
- Fennel seeds1 tsp
- Black peppercorns6
- Big cardamom2
- Cinnamon1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Oil1cup
- Green coriander to garnish
Recipe Method
- Mash 2 packets of cottage cheese.
- Add in some salt 3 bread slice.
- Add in soya sauce, 1 tbsp white vinegar, 1 tsp roasted and crushed cumin, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, ½ bunch chopped coriander, ½ bunch chopped mint leaves and 4 chopped green chilies.
- Grease the hands and make small balls out of the mixture.
- Dip them in 2 egg whites and fry them.
- To make gravy, take some oil in the pan and add in the chopped onion. fry it till they are golden brown.
- Add in red chilies, 1 tsp whole coriander,1 tsp fennel seeds, 6 chopped garlic cloves, chopped ginger, some salt, 1 tsp turmeric , cardamom, black peppercorn and 1 piece of cinnamon and add in lemon juice. Simmer it.
- In the end, dish it out and garnish it with green chilies and serve.
