Recipe Ingredients

  • Hari Mong Daal   1Cup
  • Maash Ki Daal     1/2Cup
  • Salt                       1/2ts
  • Zeera Crushed      1/2ts
  • Oil                         For Frying
  • For Water:
  • Water                     1Ltr
  • Red Pepper            1Tsb
  • Salt                         1Tsb
  • Sonth                      1Tsb
  • Imli ka Gooda         1Cup
  • Zeera Powder          1Tsb
  • Black Salt                1/2ts
  • Chaat Masala           1Tsb
  • Ice                            As required
Recipe Method
Soak 1cup of mong daal & 1/2 cup of Maash daal & grind them well. Mix 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of grounded cumin/zeera & 1/2 tsp of chopped coriander leaves/hara dhaniya. Prepare its Bare & deep fry them well in preheated oil. Take out Bare after frying & add fried Bare in little preheated water & leave it for a while. Water Preparation: Take 1 liter of water in a pan & add 1tbsp of red chilies powder, 1tsp of salt, 1tbsp of chaat masala & mix them well. Lastly add crushed ice as needed in it & serve it cold with prepared Bare.
