Pasanda Khara Masala
Recipe Ingredients

  • Beef undercut ½ kg
  • Dry red chilies 5 – 6
  • Mix whole spice as required
  • Garlic 4 – 5 cloves
  • Ginger 1 piece
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Onion 1
  • Green chilies 4 – 5
  • Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Water ½ cup
Recipe Method

  1. Cut ½ kg beef undercut into strips.
  2. Heat ¼ cup oil in a wok, add 1 piece of chopped ginger, 4 – 5 cloves of chopped garlic, 5 – 6 dry red chilies and ½ kg beef strips. Fry well.
  3. Also add mix whole spice with ½ cup of water, cover and cook for 8 – 10 minutes.
  4. Now remove lid, add 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped tomatoes, 4 – 5 chopped green chilies, ¼ bunch of coriander leaves, 1 tsp cumin seeds, ½ tsp turmeric and salt to taste.
  5. very very well. Dish it out and serve hot.
