Patyala Kebab Recipe

Patyala Kebab
Recipe Ingredients

  • Mince 250 gms
  • Potato 1 kg (boiled)
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Pomegranate seeds 1 tsp
  • Mint leaves ¼ cup
  • Green chili 3 to 4 (finely chopped)
  • Onion 1 (chopped)
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Egg 6
  • Coriander leaves ¼ cup (finely chopped)
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Plain flour 1 tsp
  • Dry coriander 1 tsp
  • Tamarind pulp ¼ cup
Recipe Method

  1. Mash the boiled potatoes with hands and add all spices except eggs, mince, bread crumbs and plain flour.
  2. Mix ½ teaspoon red chili and ½ teaspoon water in plain flour and prepare paste.
  3. Boil 4 eggs and mash by fork.
  4. Mix well mashed potatoes, mince and eggs and make long cylinder shape.
  5. Dip in egg, plain flour then bread crumbs.
  6. Fry well until golden brown.
  7. After frying cut kebabs from center and serve with green chutney.
