• 4 Cups pineapple pieces
  • 4 Cups sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Yellow colour
  • 1 teaspoon Citric acid
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pineapple essence


Add water to pine apple pieces.

Cook it over medium flame.

Add sugar while boiling.

Boil it well.

Add citric acid, yellow colour and pineapple essence.

Pour it in sterilized bottles.

Pine apple Jam is ready.
