PINK LADY DRINK

INGREDIENTS

  • Coconut milk – 1 cup
  • Skimmed milk powder – 1/2 cup
  • Peanut butter – 1/2 tbsp
  • Strawberries or cherries – 1 cup
  • Honey – 1 tbsp
  • Multivitamin – 2 (contains cobalt, potassium and ginseng)
  • Ice cubes – as required

COOKING DIRECTIONS

Take a blender, add all above ingredients and blend well. If you don’t like ice, omit. Drink everyday or three times in a week.
