• All purpose flour 3 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Ghee 1 tsp
  • For Filling:
  • Boiled chicken
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Salt
  • Chilli flakes 1-1/2 tsp
  • Oregano 1/4 tsp
  • Thyme 1/4 tsp
  • Black olives
  • Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
  • Mozeralla 1/2 cup


Put flour add salt, egg and ghee knead and make dough.Heat ghee saute garlic paste and chicken.

Now add tomato puree, salt, chilli flakes, origano, tyme and black olive mix well.

Let sauce cool and add chedder cheese and mozeralla cheese.

Now roll in roti by pin roller and prepare pockets. Fill prepared pocket with filling and deep fry.
