• 8 ounces of tomato sauce
  • ¼ tsp. oregano
  • ¼ tsp. honey
  • ? tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. red wine vinegar
  • Dash of onion powder


Put all the ingredients in a medium cast iron pan on the stove.

Stir to combine the ingredients and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes to cook off some of the liquid.

When you reach the consistency you want, it’s ready to go!

Use on pasta or pizza, and top with ricotta cheese, caramelized onions, mozzarella, or whatever else your family likes
