Pudina Raita Recipe


1/2 Bunch Green Coriander ,Finely Chopped

1/2 Bunch Mint , Finely Chopped
1 Green Chilli , Finely Chopped
3 cups Yoghurt
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Kala Namak

How to make Pudina Raita:

Take the cumin seeds and dry fry it ( Heat the Tava or a Fry Pan and put the zeera and let it cook till it turns dark brown, its flavour is greatly enhanced when it is dry roasted like this), take it off the pan let it cool down.
Put this roasted jeera in a mortar and Pestle and sound it a bit to turn the zeera into a thick and coarse powder.
Whip the yoghurt in a blender or a hand mixer.
Add all the ingredients in the yoghurt.
Put it in the fridge for 30 mins.
Pudina Raita is ready to serve.
