• 40 gm chopped green coriander
  • 80 gm soaked porridge (daliya)
  • 1 ml. lemon juice
  • Salt and chili according to your taste
  • 10 gm chopped tomatoes
  • 5 gm olive oil
Boil porridge lightly and sieve excess water from it.Mix all the ingredients in one bowl.

Place the preparation in a salad bowl. Serve it with coriander garnishing.
