Ring Kebab


• Chicken breast fillet 1 large
• Carrot 1 (peeled)
• Garlic paste ½ tsp
• Soya sauce ½ tbsp
• Tomato sauce 1 tsp
• Chili sauce 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Oil 1 tsp

1. Boil carrot in water by adding some salt.
2. Steam chicken fillet to tenderize now marinate in soya sauce keep aside for 10 minutes.
3. On fillet spread chili sauce, tomato sauce, garlic and salt.
4. Place the boiled carrot on fillet and roll it, cut the fillet roll in wide rings.
5. Seal every rings edge with toothpicks and fry it.
6. Dish out and serve with dips.
