Roast Corn on the Cob


* 6 ears of Corn
* 2 Limes (cut in half)
* ½ cup Butter (softened)
* 1 tsp. Salt
* ½ tsp. Paprika
* 1 tbsp. Cayenne Pepper
* Hot Pepper Sauce (to taste)

heavy foil


1. Pull husks away from corn cob but do not pull them off completely. Remove corn silk. Spread corn with mixture of Butter, Salt, Lime Juice, Paprika, Cayenne Pepper and hot pepper sauce . Fold husks over cob. Wrap corn in foil.

2. Place directly on coals. Roast 30 minutes until corn is tender, turning occasionally .
