Salsa Chicken Salad


Boneless chicken 250 gm
Onion 1
Salad leaves chopped 1 cup
Cabbage 1 cup
Oil 1 tbsp
Chili powder ½ tsp
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Ingredients for Salsa
Green chilies chopped 2
Tomato ketchup ½ cup
Oregano ½ tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp

• Marinate 250 gm boneless chicken with ½ tsp chili powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp salt and 1 tbsp oil. Now fry on medium flame for 10 minutes.
Method for Salsa
• In a bowl mix together ½ cup tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 chopped green chilies, ½ tsp oregano and ¼ tsp salt. Mix well.
Method for Serving
• In a platter put together 1 cup chopped lettuce leaves, 1 cup chopped cabbage and 1 chopped onion.
• Top with fried chicken. Lastly Spread with prepared salsa and serve.
