Recipe Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilo Beef (cut into cubes and boiled)
  • 1/2 cup Potatoes (cut into cubes and boiled)
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • pinch Curry powder
  • 1/2 cup Onions (cubes)
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 Ginger piece
  • 6 Garlic cloves
  • 5 Green chilies
  • 10 tbsps Coriander leaves
Recipe Method

  1. In a grinder grind last four ingredients together
  2. Mix it with remaining powdered spices.
  3. Add the cubed potatoes, meat and onions to the mixture and keep aside for 2 hours.
  4. Thread the pieces on a skewer
  5. Roll in breadcrumbs and dip in beaten egg
  6. In a pan heat oil and fry it till done
  7. Serve hot with chutney
