Recipe Ingredients

  • Milk 250 g
  • Pineapple juice 1 cup
  • Honey 4 tbsp
  • Bananas 2
  • Egg 1
  • Cinnamon powder 1 pinch
Recipe Method

  1. In a blender blend together the milk, pineapple juice, and honey, bananas, egg and cinnamon powder.
  2. Pour into a glass and serve chilled.
