Shahi Vegetable Dish
Recipe Ingredients

  • Bengal gram 1 cup
  • Okra fried 1/4 kg
  • Potatoes 1/8 kg
  • Tomatos puree 2 cups
  • Carrots fried 1/8 kg
  • Beans fried 1/8 kg
  • Peas fried 1/4 kg
  • Cheese 1/8 kg
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Mango powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger chopped 1
  • Garlic minced 1
  • Cumin powder 1/4 spoons
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 spoons
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Lemon 1
  • Oil
  • Salt
Recipe Method

  1. Boil Bengal grams. Heat oil in a pan and fry ginger garlic paste, cheese, all vegetables, cumin, coriander, turmeric and Bengal grams.
  2. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Then add tomato puree, sugar and salt in it. Add all the remaining spices and cook for 30 minutes at low flame. Serve with sauce.
